P\u00e5 midten av 1900-tallet kom store endringer med innf\u00f8ringen av metroer og regionale ekspresstog, som effektiviserte bytransporten betydelig. I de siste ti\u00e5rene har autonome kj\u00f8ret\u00f8y som selvkj\u00f8rende busser blitt en ny trend, og disse kan radikalt endre fremtidens mobilitet med \u00f8kt automatisering og effektivitet. Denne typen oppdrag plasserer oss ikke lenger bare i rollen som evaluator (M\u00c5 FINNE BEDRE NAVN ENN EVALUATOR), men ogs\u00e5 som st\u00f8ttespillere for prosjekteiere i \u00e5 mestre utformingen av prosjektene deres. Dette er basert p\u00e5 b\u00e5de analyse av hendelser (ulykker eller nestenulykker: n\u00f8dbremsing) i et nettverk og p\u00e5 vurdering av de potensielle risikoene som milj\u00f8et medf\u00f8rer. Gjennom analysen av ulykkesdata og n\u00f8dbremsinger fra de siste \u00e5rene har det blitt mulig \u00e5 identifisere fareutsatte steder i ulike nettverk. Disse studeres deretter for \u00e5 avdekke risikofaktorer og utvikle l\u00f8sninger som kan implementeres for \u00e5 h\u00e5ndtere dem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diagnosen blir et styringsverkt\u00f8y for planlegging av endringer basert p\u00e5 vurdering av sikkerheten ved urban implementering av f\u00f8rerstyrt kollektivtrafikk.<\/p>\n\n\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n        \t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n    \n\n<div  class=\"keblk keblk-v-align-top keblock-section-lame responsive is-padded bg-none \"   style=\"\"  id=\"\">\r\n\t\r\n\t\t<div class=\"block-content\">\r\n                    \n<div  class=\"keblk keblk-v-align-top keblock-text\" >\r\n\t\r\n\t\t\r\n\t<div class=\"block-content\">\t\r\n\t\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>CERTIFER ferdigheter<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certifer er en godkjent kvalifisert organisasjon (AQO) som kan arbeide med f\u00f8rerstyrte kollektivtransportsystemer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CERTIFER har spesialisert seg p\u00e5 \u00e5 evaluere f\u00f8rerstyrte kollektivtransportsystemer i samsvar med den franske transportkoden. Lovgivningen p\u00e5legger AQO \u00e5 delta i vurderingen av disse systemene. Dekretet fra 30. mars 2017 beskriver CERTIFERs rolle og angir krav og vilk\u00e5r for \u00e5 gjennomf\u00f8re vurderinger og sertifiseringer. Samferdselsministeren i Frankrike utpeker CERTIFER som en kvalifisert organisasjon til \u00e5 gjennomf\u00f8re sikkerhetsvurderinger for design, implementering og drift av f\u00f8rerstyrte kollektivtransportsystemer, eller for \u00e5 vurdere konstruksjonssikkerhet eller implementering av vesentlige modifikasjoner innen et spesifikt teknisk felt.<\/p>\n\n\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n    \n        \t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n    \n\n<div  class=\"keblk keblk-v-align-top keblock-section-lame responsive is-padded bg-none \"   style=\"\"  id=\"\">\r\n\t\r\n\t\t<div class=\"block-content\">\r\n                    \n<div  class=\"keblk keblk-v-align-top keblock-text\" >\r\n\t\r\n\t\t\r\n\t<div class=\"block-content\">\t\r\n\t\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dekretet gir grunnlag for \u00absamlet\u00bb sikkerhetsvurdering, samt 5 tekniske omr\u00e5der:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Infrastruktur<br>2. Styring, kontroll og signal for jernbane<br>3. Energi<br>4. Rullende materiell<br>5. Urban implementering<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Utover disse tekniske omr\u00e5dene gjennomf\u00f8rer AQO en helhetlig vurdering som inkluderer organisatoriske, metodologiske og tekniske aspekter for \u00e5 sikre en trygg utvikling av hele transportsystemet, med hensyn til milj\u00f8messige begrensninger. Dette omfatter ulike urbane massetransportsystemer som metro, trikker, forstadsbaner og turistbaner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disse erfaringene gir CERTIFER tilgang til det internasjonale markedet for massetransport og gj\u00f8r det mulig for dem \u00e5 fungere som en uavhengig assessor (ISA) i mange land over hele verden, inkludert Australia, Chile, Brasil, Dubai, Saudi-Arabia, India, Canada og Egypt.<\/p>\n\n\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n    \n        \t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n    \n\n<div  class=\"keblk keblk-v-align-top keblock-section-lame responsive is-padded
